Warranty coverage depends on the appliance, repair, replaced part and specific service provided.
Coverage
Where offered, warranty generally covers recurrence of the same diagnosed issue or covered replaced parts for the stated warranty period (standard 30 days from invoice date).
Exclusions
Physical damage, mishandling, voltage/power surge fluctuations, water/fire or natural calamity, unauthorized third-party repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, and unrelated appliance faults are strictly excluded.
Claim Process
Contact Smart Care India within the applicable warranty period and provide your Booking Reference Number (e.g. BK-XXXXXXXX-XXXX). A re-inspection visit will be prioritized.
Spare Parts
Spare-part warranties are backed by OEM supplier terms and are valid only when installed by a certified Smart Care India technician.
